NAUK as an association recognises and holds meetings at the following levels:

COMMITTEE MEETINGS (Standing/Ad-hoc)

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETINGS

  • National Level: (holds monthly to deliberate issues and take decisions affecting the running of the association and chart the way forward).
  • Chapter Level: (As agreed by respective chapters to deliberate and decide on issues for ratification at general meetings)

SPECIAL OR EMERGENCY GENERAL MEETINGS (National/Chapter)

GENERAL MEETINGS

  • Congress of Delegates Meeting: (3 Members from each chapter meets every 4 months to rectify policy and strategic decisions of the national executive)  
  • General Meeting of Chapters: (All members hold bi-monthly to discuss and rectify decisions of the local executive council)

ANNUAL CONVENTIONS

  • All members as delegates hold annual meetings every May Bank Holiday to receive reports and elect new executive members when elections fall due
